Our Legal Practice
Guardian ad Litem
A Guardian ad litem (GAL) is an attorney or a social worker (and in some cases a specially trained volunteer) who is ordered by the court to conduct an independent and neutral investigation of the family and the relevant circumstances to determine the best interest of the child.
Estate Planning services include drafting a will, a power of attorney, or a health care directive.
Family Law includes actions for divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, child residence and contact, child support, and spousal support.
Mediation is a private process where a neutral third person (the mediator) helps the parties discuss and try to resolve the dispute.
